Eli Assraf

Mr. Assraf is an economist with extensive experience in financial and general management of a variety of leading corporations in Israel. Eli specializes in improving performance, risk management, fund raising and streamlining the operations. Eli has extensive experience in working with family owned businesses, both as executive and consultant. He had served as CFO and COO of Makhteshim Agan Industries, CFO of Strauss Dairies and Former CFO of Contahal. As CFO and COO Eli had led M&A campaigns in Israel and abroad. He was in charge of large fund raising campaigns, applying innovative financial methods. For his a outstanding contribution to the growth and value creation of Makhteshim Agan he won the award of the Israeli CFO Forum. At present, Eli is a Board member of both publicly traded and private companies including: Leumi Partner's Underwriters, Galam, Aromor, (also a shareholder), Shekel Group, Macabi Holdings and Macabi Care (Chairman of the Board). In addition, he is a consultant on strategic and financial issues.
