Dr. Tamar Milo

Dr. Tamar Milo is a psychologist, specializing in organizational and management change. She has mapped and led transformational change processes for leading Israeli and international companies in traditional industries and in Hi-Tech. She is the co-founder of AMI-Family Business Consulting, a consulting firm that assists partners and business owning families in establishing agreements, launching governance systems and conducting successful succession processes. Tamar holds a BA in Psychology and Education from the Hebrew University and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University. She has a PhD in Counseling from the University of Alabama, where she taught at the Schools of Education and Community Health Sciences. Dr. Milo teaches Family Business at Tel Aviv University, she lectures on the subject at international forums and has published a number of papers on entrepreneurship and family business. She has published a research on the history of Italian Jews between two World Wars. Dr. Milo is involved in community activities related to Jewish identity, through Kolot and Parallel Lives, among others. She is married to Hillel Milo. Together they have 3 children and live in Binyamina.
